6th Session of the Constitutional Commission`s Territorial Organization Sub-Committee Held
The Constitutional Commission's Territorial Organization Sub-Committee held the sixth session in Novi Sad, on July 7, 2003 at 11.00 h.
The Constitutional Commission's Territorial Organization Sub-Committee held the sixth session in Novi Sad, on July 7, 2003 at 11.00 h. Mr. Nenad Canak presided over this session.
According to the suggestion put forward by Mr. Nenad Canak, the Sub-Committee Chairman, the basic principles of territorial organization, which are to be defined by the Basic Provisions of the Constitution, were discussed on this session.
The Sub-Committee members offered alternatives to suggested solutions, referred to existing provinces, e.g. to formation of new provinces, as well as to the other forms of territorial organization and their competencies.
